Great place with excellent wi-fi, friendly staff, and a cozy bar area. The first time, they helped me find transport, and it made a lasting impression. Highly recommend for a romantic escape!

We got stylish and contemporary room with the budget double bedroom, bunk beds, as for instance. It was in a marvellous and lovely location really close to a nearby Restaurant, the train station/ taxi rank outside, and the centre of Cardiff and shops.

Comfortable and easy location, short way from everywhere. Comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, climate control and coffee in the room. Excellent customer care, parking close to the hotel.

The hotel is nice, and has everything I need, including free wi-fi, a bar lounge, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how friendly the staff was when they helped me return my forgotten earpods. Tip, Don't hesitate to ask for any assistance!

Its location within walking distance of a Grade i listed parish church was peaceful.

The breakfast was savoury and lovely for vegetarian, the staff was polite. The location was great and fab, to the millennium centre with easy access to cool stores and a supermarket. There was Clancys Vegetarian Emporium nearby to grab something to eat.

The room felt a bit cramped for two, and the parking situation could definitely be improved. Great for short stays, especially for those who prioritize location and convenience.

Clean room, convenient location, with an excellent view of the bustling city life, made my stay enjoyable because of its proximity to Cardiff Central Station, just 300 metres away, with easy access to transport and local attractions.

My stay was perfectly pleasant for one night.

Reception staff were friendly knowledgable and helpful. Location was fantastic - right next to the main train station and no noise. Rooms were exceptionally clean, towels were thick and gorgeous. Great free wifi which worked well. Room was slightly compact - fine for a single traveller like me but wouldnt want to manouvere around someone else.

If arriving by train the location could not be faulted - next to the station. The hotel is also convenient to the main shopping area being just around the corner. It is a modern and clean hotel that is well-appointed. Wi fi connection was good, breakfast very good, proximity to town and castle good too.

Accommodation cost was good except for the one night when there was a big event in the stadium. The tariff increased for that night only which seemed a bit over the top. The normal rate for the other nights was good value for money though. My only complaint about the room is that the shower drains across the bathroom floor. This means that to use the toilet and vanity after having had a shower you have to walk across a wet floor. It may be trendy to have a bathroom like that but I believe that it would have been possible to have a proper shower base. It was big enough to do that.

Style, locaiton, staff

It was ideal for me as it was very close to the nightlife. And it was very clean and tidy.

The only downfall was that the rooms were not very big.

Clean, modern, good facilities and good value for money.

The wet room was a bit weird. I dont know if ours was broke but it did'nt drain very quickly so nearly flooded the room and was only in the shower for about 10 mins
